Can't use SSL with wordpress NGINX

I use NGINX and want to run wordpress with SSL, but it shows TOO MANY REDIRECTS. But when I don’t use wordpress https works, so there is error in wordpress configuration.

Tried reinstall and reinstall wordpress.
